- Production times: Listed above are estimates and may vary depending on demand, the complexity of your order, and the shopping seasons. We will keep you informed by email of any significant changes.
- We cover all import taxes: The price displayed on the product page is the final amount you pay, we cover import taxes and any additional fees at the transit area on behalf of all our customers in the US, UK, and the EU.

Shipping From Location: All orders are made and shipped from our Partner's central warehouse & production facility in Poland.
- Signature Deliveries: To ensure safer deliveries and to minimize package theft, most of the packages delivered require a signature by the receiver or a person at the location of the delivery.
- Shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process: based on your delivery address. You will have the option to select the delivery service of your choice (For Now, all our deliveries to our shipping zones "EU & the UK" are free of charge)
- Our insurance covers all packages: If you notice the slightest damage to your package, please do not accept it and return it to us for inspection (or accept it and contact us), after which we will resend it.

Artgeist (The production company) takes care of the meticulous elaboration of each piece, while our team supervises the packaging and efficient shipping for fast delivery. At ArtfulPrivacy, our goal is to ensure a smooth and reliable experience for our customers, from creating to receiving their orders. In addition, we handle product returns and exchanges and control the quality of the items before they are shipped.
