Why is the delivery time so long?

Our room dividers are handmade to order, which means each one is crafted with care. It takes between 3 to 5 days to create a single divider. We then allow up to 48 hours for a thorough quality check before your item is carefully packaged and sent out for delivery.

What happens if my item arrives damaged?

All our packages are fully insured. If you notice any damage to the packaging or the room divider itself, please take a photo (making sure the printed shipping label is visible in the photo) and contact us immediately via email or direct chat. Let us know if you'd prefer a replacement divider or a full refund, and we'll handle the rest.

I'm in the UK, will I have to pay import fees?

Unlike ordering through our other channels like Amazon, when you purchase directly from this shop, there are absolutely no import fees, delivery fees, or any hidden charges. The price you see on this page is the final price you pay – we take care of everything else.

What happens if i want to cancel my order?

We understand that impulse buys or rushed decisions happen, or sometimes things just don’t turn out as expected. In those cases, we offer two solutions:

  • If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet: Simply contact us as soon as possible (Via Email or Direct Chat), and we’ll gladly cancel your order and issue a full refund.
  • If your divider has already been delivered or is on its way: Once you receive it, return it to us at your expense. Upon receiving the returned item, we’ll provide a full refund, no questions asked.

Can I order more than one room divider?

Absolutely!

You can order as many room dividers as you need. Each room divider will have its own unique tracking number and estimated delivery date (based on production time).

Why? This system allows us to carefully monitor each package and minimise the risk of damage during transit, especially during busy seasons.
